This unit has been reconditioned. That includes taking the unit completely apart (including power nozzle); inspecting all parts of body and the motor and washing all plastic parts to ensure that you are not getting any dirt from previous owner house. We check Rainbow e-series motor to make sure that Rainbow motor is working properly. Occasionally we have to replace bearing in power nozzle motor and we always put a brand new brush roll (aftermarket) in. We do it to every Rainbow e-series no matter how good it looked when we got it.
